1. PRODUCTS AND GOODS
A. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- Refund requests made on or before the 30th day will receive a full refund.
- Refund requests made on or after the 31st day of purchase will not be issued.
B. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund and return the item.
- If the request is made on or before the 30th day and the item is postmarked within 3 days of the request, you will receive a full refund.
- Return shipping will be covered for orders within the United States. International orders are responsible for return shipping, tariff, custom, or other related charges.
C. PRODUCT TRIALS
I. DIGITAL PRODUCT TRIAL
- Digital trials last 7 days.
- A non-refundable processing fee will be charged upon sign-up.
- To continue, you will be charged three equal monthly installments.
- To cancel and avoid further charges, you must do so on or before the 7th day.
- Refund requests for the first installment must be made within 30 days of the trial initiation.
- Refund requests made on or after the 31st day will not be issued.
II. PHYSICAL PRODUCT TRIAL
- Physical trials are 30 days.
- A non-refundable processing fee, plus shipping, handling, and state tax will be charged upon purchase.
- To continue, you will be charged three equal monthly installments.
- To cancel and avoid further charges, you must do so on or before the 30th day and postmark the item within 3 days of the request.
- Refund requests for the first installment must be made within 30 days of the trial initiation.
- Refund requests made on or after the 31st day will not be issued.
D. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE INDIA)
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returning items.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the refund will be on the product cost only.
- The processing time for the refund may vary depending on the shipping method chosen.
- We recommend adding tracking and insurance for items over $75 during return shipment.
E. CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS
- International customers are responsible for any tariffs, duties, custom fees, or taxes imposed by their country upon import.
F. ALL NON-DIGITAL PRODUCTS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
G. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- Allow up to two weeks for your charge to be refunded.
